The Space:
Welcome to Alright, Alright, Alright, where everything will be even better than Alright, Alright, Alright but with a cool beach vibe!
The pool is seasonally heated, by guest request, with a fee of $75 per night, for the duration of your stay. Request must be made, and payment must be paid at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
This beautiful beach home is NEW! It's perfectly located on Eleventh St, which is where everyone wants to stay who wants super easy access to the beach down Sandcastle, Ave G or Beach Access 1a. And, it's in the golf cart zone!
Pull into plenty of parking space, easily fitting 3-5 vehicles depending on size. Boat parking is allowed. Eleventh Street is the street most everyone takes to the beach, so be sure to plan when backing in a boat! There's lots of covered area, perfect for relaxing in the shade in the outdoor area! You'll enjoy a private pool, firepit, and outdoor dining space. You'll also have a half bath downstairs at the pool area as well. Easily rinse off sand at the outdoor shower!
Head upstairs to a beautiful deck to catch the sunrise! You'll have a gulf glimpse as well so be sure to look for the view! The pool is the best place to catch the sunset too!
As you walk into Alright, Alright, Alright, you'll want to kick the flip flops off and fall into a super comfy and oversize couch, watch some TV, or the cooks may head straight to the kitchen to enjoy everything a cook would want to prep, cook, serve and dine for the group! The kitchen, dining and living space is perfectly functional and yet beautifully finished!
Add convenience to your stay with a full-size washer & dryer in the hallway laundry closet on your way to 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. 2 King Suites with private bathrooms. 1 Queen Bedroom and, 1 Bunk Room - 2 twin/full bunk beds and a twin trundle. Well suited floor plan for privacy and comfort for 12 people!

House Rules and Things to Note:
Minimum age to rent is 24 years old.
NO SMOKING in the property. This is a non smoking property. $500 fee will be added if smoke odor is present in the home.
No Parties/Events.
Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am - Enforced
Not responsible for accidents.
There is no child proofing; you must remain with your children at all times.
Must be able to walk stairs.
No more than 12 guests.
No late check outs after 10:15am or another night's stay will be charged.
Check in Time is approx time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
No pets allowed. $500 pet cleaning fee will be charged.
STARTER set for guests to include trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and shower gel. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night.
Guests are responsible for their own beach chairs, beach towels and pool towels. Our linens and towels are NOT to be removed from the property for any reason. Guests will be charged linen fees for misuse of linens to include stains, tearing, etc.
Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
There are no refunds for outages of cable/wifi or if pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance or if temperature is undesirable.
If police are called to the property for any disturbance, a $500 fee may be charged to the guest and will be asked to vacate the property with no refund.
